Universal Safety Valve Lockout

Our universal valve lock is suitable for Gate Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve and so on. It`s a universal valve lock, which used to lock out large levers of valves, T-handles and other hard-to-secure mechanical devices.

Description:

a) Made of industrial-grade steel and nylon.
b) Used to lock out large levers, T-handles and other hard-to-secure mechanical devices.
c) A modular system which enables you to lock out valves of different types and sizes. Locks out valves in open and closed positions.
d) For use on handle widths up to 1.6" (max handle thickness of 1.1")
e) Can be used with diameter 3.5mm PVC stainless steel metal cable .
f) The cable length can be custom made. Normally in 2.4 meters.

We have five types as follows:

UVL01: With 1 arm - For quarter-turn ball valves.
UVL02: With 2 arm - For 3, 4 or 5-way valves, or to lock valves in the "on", "off", or "throttled" position.
UVL03: With coated cable - Using cable attachment for gate valves.
UVL04: Base Clamp only - For butterfly valves.
UVL05: With 1 arm & coated cable - Universal valve lockout for most valves.
